She is a Certified Etiquette Consultant, Certified Children's Etiquette Coach, and proudly certified by the Etiquette Moms Certification Program in California, a prestigious program known for shaping top etiquette professionals across the globe. Her expertise spans healthcare etiquette, children's etiquette, corporate presence, and social skills development. Coach Susan is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching of Nigeria, where she supports and inspires growth among other professionals. Her dedication to excellence has earned her a feature in Vanguard Newspaper, where she shared key insights on how poor etiquette can turn first-time clients into last-time clients—an article that showcased her thought leadership in the industry.
